BlackLimo is the chauffeur service (NCC, Italian private hire with driver) of Black Limo Società Cooperativa. Since 2018 we have been driving individuals, companies and hotels to and from the Milan airports and across the city, with our own cars and chauffeurs, at fixed prices and with online booking.

The cooperative's registered office is in the province of Rome; the service runs in Milan and Lombardy, where our garages are and where rides start and end.
Where we operate
We drive rides starting or ending in Milan and the Milan metropolitan area, at Milan Malpensa (Terminal 1 and 2), Milan Linate and Bergamo Orio al Serio airports, and to places in Lombardy close to Milan, such as Lake Como. The site gives the exact price for every address.
The fleet
- Premium Class: business sedan, up to 3 passengers and 3 bags.
- Premium Van: 6-seat van, up to 6 passengers and 4 bags. For families and small groups.
- Premium Lux: executive sedan, up to 3 passengers and 3 bags. For business travellers and special occasions.
Vehicles are assigned by class: the exact model may vary within the same class.
How we work
- Fixed price per vehicle: you see it before booking and it does not change with traffic or route. It is not a price per person.
- Online booking and payment: by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or Klarna, through Stripe. Confirmation arrives by email straight away, with an invoice on request.
- Airport pick-up: your chauffeur waits at arrivals with a name sign. If you give your flight number, they follow any delay. Up to 60 minutes of free waiting at airports and 15 minutes at other pick-ups are included.
- Free cancellation up to 1 hour before the ride, with a full refund.
- Child seats and boosters free on request.
- Return trip booked together: 10% off the total.
Every booking reaches our operations team, who assign the ride to a chauffeur and follow it until arrival.
