5 Stars – Exceptional Service from Samuel! We had an outstanding experience with BlackLimo for our transfer from Milan Malpensa Airport to our hotel in Milan. Our driver, Samuel, provided exceptional, professional service from start to finish. He was courteous, friendly, and extremely helpful with all our luggage, making our arrival effortless after a long international flight. During the drive, Samuel shared interesting insights about Italy, its culture, and the Milan area, making the journey both enjoyable and informative. His professionalism, attention to detail, and warm personality truly reflected a first-class experience. We highly recommend BlackLimo and especially Samuel to anyone looking for reliable, comfortable, and exceptional transportation service in Milan. We would absolutely use them again! Five stars all around!

We used Blacklimo for our recent tour dates, and they were absolutely splendid from start to finish. The drivers were punctual, incredibly professional, and made the entire schedule run without a hitch. The vehicles were immaculate and provided a wonderful, comfortable space to relax between stops. Truly top-tier luxury service—we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Excellent service, from the booking process to the travel itself. Very good communication, easy to understand for a non-native English speaker. The driver (thanks for your service, Paolo!) was very polite, arrived to the pickup spot 10 minutes earlier, helpful and attentive with us. The car was spotless and comfortable, candies inside, pleasant smell. Last but not least, I want to thank for the travel: it was smooth and safe. I totally recommend Black Limo as the best transfer option!
